OMG!! I know what you mean ^_^ so like recently I've been doing some drawings from refs as well... and I'm like "hmm.... probably shouldn't draw myself [and stuff...]" so I look for male stuff and I'm amazed at how they don't have like "normal" poses~ it's either too extreme or too awkward (or too naked =_= i noticed guys LOVE to show there manly parts while female nude is a lot more subtle~)

I agree - it's hard to find a nice blend of artistic and tastefull shots nowadays ^^; But hey! Yourself is your best ref, you can position yourself more xD

yep~ plus it feels like there is a limited number of male stock artists~ while it seems having a female want to be a stock artist is more natural... I mean even I didn't consider, until :iconkime-stock: said I should ^_^ (I just wish i was as enthusiastic about it as she is~)

and ya~ I am my best ref! xD I just wish I was more then one body type and/or gender lol xD then all problems would be solved, no? xD so needing to rely on others is natural. Or spend an amount of money on a posing program ^_^
